Well, I cant say that I know exactly how long I am feeling like this, but I think I know what I feel like right now. My mind has been going off and on and going crazy for a few weeks now. Ive been trying to focus on the fact that my apartment is on fire but no matter how hard I try to think of anything other than that, my thoughts keep racing.
That’s okay though. We all have that “feeling,” and we all need to be a little more specific about exactly what that feeling is. It can be intense, it can be overwhelming, it can be a mix of both. We’ve all dealt with an emotionally draining day or two (or even three) that leaves us feeling a bit drained.
We’ve all been there. Your day can be overwhelming and you’re sitting in front of the TV, staring at the tube, waiting for it to turn off. Maybe you’ve been holding on to the hope that your boss will make you a promotion and you’ll be able to relax a little.
It can be worse. Weve all had days like this where we feel like we should just stop and take a break from the work life and go sit in the shade and just think about how we want to be doing something else. It can also be a day where we feel like we should just do nothing at all and just go back to watching TV, and do that.
