The biggest of them all is a good little web site that offers exactly what you’re looking for. I’ve never been to the site, but I had a great time at the end of the day and I really, truly love it.
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to deal with a company that has put in a good bid (or a bad bid) and then, a short time later, when they need to give me a counter-bid, they put a hold on it or give me no information at all. That happens a lot, and it’s just annoying. But a lot of people who have been there know how frustrating it can be.
But not to worry, we have the fix.
Good news for investors: the site has been fixed. It’s been down for a few days, but we’ve been working hard to get it back up and running. The site will be up again soon, and will be displaying a different kind of data, which should make it easier to sort out your counter-bids.

This isn’t the first time this has happened with the site. For those who don’t know, there are a couple of major problems with it. First, a lot of the voting data is incorrect. It’s impossible for us to know which votes were cast for the wrong candidates. This is something that happens from time to time with many sites, including ours. We need to have a way to flag these votes.
When you run, keep track of the votes, so it’s possible you know who can vote for which vote. This is also a good thing.
Voting data can be difficult to track, but we have a “vote-by-vote” system that lets us know how each voter voted on each candidate. We want to have a way for people to vote based on their own preferences, not a candidate’s. This way you can tell which voters prefer X or Y because they said so, rather than a company’s.
Some of the people at the same time that vote for a candidate also vote for a candidate who voted for the candidate that they support. We don’t have a way to track these votes, but these are important. We can find you a candidate, write your own rules, and vote for that candidate. The more you write, the better.
In order to vote for someone else, you have to be able to identify him/her as a shareholder. There are a bunch of shareholder nominees and voting methods out there that can help you. We use SharePoint. You can use a spreadsheet, a form, or any other way you find. The only requirement is that you have to be a SharePoint administrator to use SharePoint.
