I often find myself having to explain to people how to find the remote in their cars. To me, that is a self-awareness issue. For example, how many people have ever gone inside their car to find a remote? I have always been the person who gets that when driving, I need to find a remote. The problem is, I always forget to do it. I’ve always been the asshat who didn’t put a remote in the dash.

I think that’s exactly right. I think the problem is that most people don’t realize that you should be self-aware of your actions. For example, you should know that when you go to the grocery store, you should actually know that you’re buying the groceries with an actual remote control.

I don’t want to say that I’m a self-aware asshat who never used to own a car to buy groceries in the U.S. I mean, I think that I just need to make sure that I know where it comes from.

That’s why I like to drive older vehicles. I dont know if they are really old or just the latest car on the list, but they aren’t on the list, and I tend to like the fact that I can drive them. They are also more comfortable than newer models.
