I am often asked how much we actually know about the world around us, what our opinions are, how we can be more aware of ourselves, and the benefits of introspection. For the most part, I would agree with all of these statements. But, the majority of us, I believe, are not always aware of our actions, our thoughts, or our perspectives. In this video, I will share my own opinion on how we are all aware of ourselves and things we are aware of.
So, what is awareness? Awareness is the conscious experience of knowing. It is a state of knowledge. It is the state of being aware of our thoughts, our actions, and our actions of others. It is what it is.

A lot of people have heard the expression “awareness of one’s thoughts.” And the idea of awareness is that it’s a type of consciousness, but it is a particular type of consciousness. We can have awareness of our thoughts and actions, but a very important thing is to be able to know that we have awareness of them. There is an interesting parallel between awareness of our own thoughts and awareness of what others think about us.
While many of us are aware of our thoughts and actions, our awareness of the thoughts of others and their actions is very different. If we think we are aware of the thoughts and actions of others, but we also believe that others know about our thoughts and actions, then we have an “aura.” A “aura” is a subtle, almost intangible sense of awareness that may be experienced by one person but not by another.
The aura is a way of thinking and acting that is considered to be a “non-I.” While we may not realize it, this means that we can’t really control our behavior because we still think about our actions and thoughts in light of our actions and thoughts of others.
This is a lot more complicated than we thought. But it’s still interesting to note that the idea that we were in control of the thought and action of others is not a bad idea. In fact, if you read a little bit more on the “how you think” side of the picture, you’ll recognize that we are not in control of the thought, but of a group of people who may have been in control of our thoughts and actions.
The fact is that we are not necessarily in control of our thoughts and actions of others. If you’re thinking about the way you’re doing things, you’re using your brain to think about it. If you are thinking about the way you’re thinking about others, you’re using your brain to think about them.
